Product information

Our empanadas are frozen, ready-to-cook products. Flavours, prices, box sizes and availability may change without notice depending on what we have in stock and what is seasonal.

  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Box sizes may include 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 empanadas, depending on availability.
  • The minimum order is one box of 4 empanadas.
  • Product photos are a guide only and may not match the exact item every time.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy. An order is not confirmed until we accept or confirm it. We may need to contact you if something is unavailable or if we need more details.

  • Customers must provide accurate order, contact and delivery details.
  • Pickup and delivery are only available in selected Sydney areas.
  • Preferred pickup or delivery time notes are requests only. Final timing may need confirmation.
  • Large orders and catering requests should be arranged in advance.

Food safety

Because our products are frozen and perishable, please handle them safely:

  • Store frozen products properly and keep them cold until you are ready to cook.
  • Follow the cooking and storage instructions provided with your order.
  • Consume cooked food safely and within a reasonable time.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with gluten, dairy, egg, nuts or other allergens. Even if an empanada does not list a particular ingredient as a component, cross-contact can happen in our kitchen. If you have any allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before ordering so we can help you decide what is suitable.

Payments

When online payments are available, they are handled by a third-party payment provider. T&K Empanadas does not store your full card details on our own systems. Orders placed without immediate payment are considered pending until payment or confirmation is received.

Refunds and remedies

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work it out. Refunds, replacements or remedies will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or replaces any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
